Combat Gloves
When you get serious about using a firearm you’ll understand the need for a good pair of gloves. Many of us have experience in plinking on a cold winter afternoon or walking around in the woods during hunting season and feeling the need to keep our hands warm. When using gloves that don’t restrict our ability to use a firearm, well, that’s another story.
Designed by Larry Vickers, a retired career special operations soldier and firearms expert, Vickers gloves are true operator grade gear. Our customers have told us that these gloves are the best on the market, if you are wearing the correct size gloves, you should be able to pick up something as small as a 22LR bullet and still be able to feel it. A few years ago Woolrich Elite launched their line of tactical apparel with the help of Backyard Outfitter, but after an internal squabble Fernando Coelho split off from the company and launched his own tactical apparel line named Eotac. I noticed a few people mention that most of the Eotac apparel looks like Phase II of the Woolrich Elite line, but there have been some major innovations. Two chest pockets feature hook-and-loop flap closures and an expansion pleat. The left pocket features a pen opening at the top and a name badge tunnel. Two larger utility pockets located behind the chest pockets are perfect for securing documents or other large items. There is a double pen pocket on the left sleeve for ready access.Hidden button-down collar presents a clean, professional appearance. Epaulets are provided on the shoulders for style or rank insignia.
The pant is made from our 8.5 ounce Bomb-Proof all-cotton canvas. It is fade resistant and features DuPont Teflon� fabric protector. This provides a breathable, durable barrier that repels both water and oil based spills.All critical seams are double-needle stitched and bar-tacked at stress points. The Action Waist has side elastic panels for freedom of movement and easily accommodates an inside the waistband holster. There is a concealed YKK brass zipper front fly along with a metal tack-button closure for strength and reliability.
